The Brazilian bombshell is famous for her intense boxing routine that gets her that perfect midriff. You can workout the same way she does at the Aerospace gym in New York. You don’t have to do it exactly like she does (obviously- she’s a pro who’s been at this for years) but even just a couple sessions a week could get you hooked.
