Here’s our beloved Jessie’s top tips for a hot summer bod!

- Drink lots of water

- Constant activities: volleyball, swimming, dancing, circuit workouts.

- Eat small meals: stay away from pasta and breads and no eating after 9pm.

- Squats everyday: Toes up, knees out, butt back. Good form is key.

- Laugh a lot: It will work your abs and it’ll make you just a happier, healthier person.
