Music and style icon, Gwen Stefani had humble garage beginnings in a California ska punk and reggae influenced rock band, No Doubt. Gwen moved her way from the background of the band to lead singer after several lineup changes and quickly upped the game. The band’s unique fused sound and Gwen’s dynamic onstage persona got them noticed and signed by Interscope records in 1990. After a few albums, Tragic Kingdom was released in 1995 and catapulted the band, especially Gwen, into superstardom. Almost 20 years later and Gwen still proves to be one of the most postive female role models with her long and successful career as both a fearless musician and style icon. Gwen just announced that we may be expecting both a new solo album and No Doubt album on top of her ongoing L.A.M.B. fashion line and new stint as a judge on The Voice. We couldn’t be more excited! Let’s celebrate by taking a look at her impressive career and inspiring bold looks.
