Old is new again at the latest Gucci Milan show which showed some serious vintage rocker vibes in its signature leather and suede materials.
This show was a moment of redefinition for the Gucci brand which stuck to its traditional merits (the red and green stripes on its handbag straps) while still pushing for something unique and daring.
Models Anja Rubik and Joan Smalls were featured in the show as fellow catwalkers turned heads in some serious Sgt Pepper inspired lace up denim and Jimi Hendrix matchstick pants.
Fashion Week started strong here in New York, built up steam in London and now makes a killing all the way in Milan- we can’t wait to see what’s brewing in Paris for next week.
