The online vintage clothing store Nasty Gal, known for its unique pieces, ever expanding list of products and tongue in cheek attitude just opened its first ever brick and mortar store on friday in Melrose Place.
The store design is just as unique as the website that preceded it, with a mirrored changing room which includes one way mirrors that allow patrons to see out of the changing rooms without others being able to see in (trippy…).
“The brand is visceral. We have always been about bold personalities, a strong look, and a specific sound, and this is the first time we will be combining all of those elements into a real life, physical experience,” says Sophia Amoruso, founder and CEO of Nasty Gal. As if we needed more reason to get our asses over to the sunshine state.
Amoruso cuts the ribbon, allowing patrons into the brand new space.
The uniquely designed shopping bags inspired by the B list buxom blondes of the 70s and 80s.
