Michal Tesler and Mayra Fateh are the founders of Eve Without Adam, an online journal, female collective, community power house and creative agency for female envisioned content by the unconventional. MAYRA: YOU HAVE ONE WISH FOR EVE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

MICHAL: I’d say growing every day, every minute, every second, always.

MICHAL: WHAT DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST PART, WORKING FOR YOURSELF?

MAYRA: Freedom. Nobody there to tell us when, how or why. We have the full creative liberty to release projects we are truly into, with people we really like to work with, our fam! Plus nobody to have to ask for holidays.

MAYRA: TELL ME ABOUT XXSOCIETY.

MICHAL: XXSOCIETY is a typography i have created which is packaged in abstract paintings. It’s the expression of feeling, perception and thought, told from a female perspective on society. I call my art XXSOCIETY.

MAYRA: IF SEX COULD BE A PAINTING WHAT WOULD IT LOOK LIKE?

MICHAL: Colorful, loud, wild, probably neon, with loads of black, triangles and hidden messages. You could read it out loud, having a dirty talk.

MICHAL: FINGERS OR LIPS, WHAT DO YOU PREFER?

MAYRA: I hate deciding between two things, I want it all.

MICHAL: WHATS THE FAVORITE SKILL YOU HAVE?

MAYRA: Honesty, loyalty & the ability to keep secrets!

MAYRA: SOMETHING YOU ARE LISTENING TO SO OFTEN, THAT IT MAKES PEOPLE AROUND THEM WANT TO KILL YOU FOR ALWAYS PRESSING THAT REPEAT BUTTON?

MICHAL: Its the fifth time I’m listening to Raye – “Need me”, as we speak. If I discover a song, which I’m really into, I can listen to it for a week, every day, non-stop. Last time somebody asked me to stop, was while I was still working for VICE, listening to Lady Gaga’s edit of Kendrick Lamar’s “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe”. I love listening to really loud music and although on my headphones, my colleague asked me to change the song after a week before going mental.

MAYRA: Maintain eye contact, self-confidence & intelligence over anything!
