There’s a new favorite shoe on the block, and it’s a block heel! Thanks to Jessica Alba and Sarah Jessica Parker for debuting their chunky heels at the Met Gala, it’s safe to say that block heels are going to be the most fabulous and popular style worn by women around the world. While there is nothing better than the appearance of longer legs and a lifted booty, heels hurt to walk in. Like, killer pain where after only 3 hours you’re tiptoeing and wondering why on Earth “looks over comfort” is even a thing amongst fashionistas. That’s why I’m thanking the stars for block heels! As a chick who cannot walk in high heels without looking like an awkward giraffe stepping for its first time, this style is truly heaven sent. They give the same height as regular heels, but with 10x the comfort. Think walking on stilts made of clouds. GLORY!
