In between shooting episodes of Nickelodeon’s “Every Witch Way,” Melissa Carcache spends her spare moments hitting the beach. It’s a little late in the season, but if you spent all summer working your tail off like Carache, you need to squeeze in all the sun and salt time that you can. Carache has discovered the best ways to stay sandy while fighting away the Autumn chill with a few modifications to her regular, beach garb.
For a beach party: I love a cute maxi dress and some wedges.
To get a beach look when you’re nowhere near the waves: Denim shorts with a crop top, a cute pair of wedges, and textured hair.
Anytime, anywhere sunglasses: I am loving my green mirror Ray Ban Aviators right now. I wear them all the time!
Heels on sand: Oh no way! I always sink into the sand and look funny.
Colors that accentuate a sunny glow: Orange or peach for sure!
Bold cover-up: I love little cover ups that have patterns in teal colors; I feel so girly in that color on the beach.
Going glam in the sand: I always love a cute messy bun paired with big sunnies. Although I don’t wear makeup to the beach, I do wear tinted moisturizer from Laura Mercier because it has SPF and evens out my skin tone. Then I add a little cream blush, put on some lip gloss with SPF, and curl my lashes.
