Pork Spare Ribs
A deliciously easy recipe, producing finger lickin’ results.

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs Pork Spare Ribs
- 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 2 Tablespoon bbq sauce
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar or honey
- 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Steps
- Combine the ingredients except ribs in a jar, and shake until will blended. Place ribs in a container and pour the marinate over the ribs and let rest for an 1 hour in room temperature, or several hours within the fridge.An hour before you want to start cooking them, bring the ribs to room temperature as meat cooks more evenly when not cold
- Remove the ribs from the oven and place them on a lined tray, evenly spaced. (You don’t need to add any oil as the ribs are already quite fatty.)
- Cook the ribs for approximately 35-40mins minutes at 360˚F. They should look golden-brown once done.
