It appears the queen of weave, Miss Beyonce Knowles, has followed the most recent female celebrity trend of ditching the luscious locks for the more simple pixie cut. Last night on Instagram, Beyonce premiered the new do and SHOCKED the entire world (I mean, I STILL can’t deal) as we’ve all become accustomed to the diva’s lion mane extensions that we love so much. Other celebrities that’ve recently gone short include tween queen Miley Cyrus and bad-ass Bajan Rihanna, as seen below. Whether this is a trend that’ll stick around or not, we hope that they’re as least donating the scraps to Locks of Love (or at LEAST some drag queen) so that we all can feel just a fragment of their FABULOUS.
