Detox Juices to Keep You So Fresh & Clean, Clean

I’ve been feeling like crap recently: allergies, finals, and a whole bunch of other shit that’s eating me alive! AH! But, that doesn’t mean I should stop taking care of myself, right? Here are a few detox juices that’ll keep you in good health, make your skin glow, and help you fight little sniffles. All of these take around 10 minutes to make and are good for two servings. It’s beneficial to drink these juices (or any detox juice) in the morning because vitamins are easily absorbed on an empty stomach.

Carrot Juice

4 carrots

1 thumb of ginger

1 green apple

½ lemon

2 celery stalks

½ cucumber

1 kiwi fruit

½ lemon

½ cup parsley

½ cup sprouts

Summertime Madness

1 cup pineapple

½ lemon

2 carrots

2 celery stalks

1 thumb of ginger

Mean Green

1 cucumber

1 cup parsley

1 cup spinach

2 green apples

fresh turmeric

¾ cucumber

½ lime

1 green apple

2 beets

1 cup spinach

Beet It

1 or 2 thumbs of ginger

3 beets

3 carrots

3 celery stalks

Ginger Tea

A cup of ginger tea with ingredients

This isn’t a juice, but it is amazing (plus, I’m currently drinking it to combat my cold).

1 thumb of ginger

½ lime

1 table spoon of honey

(Cayenne pepper, if spicy is your thing)
