I’m a fan of chicken-in-salad recipes, so I think you should all give it a try.

What you’ll need:
Salad: boneless chicken breasts, salt and pepper, olive oil, Romaine lettuce, fresh blueberries, pecans, onions, blue cheese

Vinaigrette: olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, red wine vinegar

What you’ll need:
Salad: vegetable stock, farro, cucumber, red peppers, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, parsley, Greek vinaigrette

Vinaigrette: olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt pepper

Some people I know are severely allergic to apples. I’m sorry :( . If you’re not, then this is the salad for you.

What you’ll need:

Salad: olive oil, skinless chicken breasts, mixed greens. apples, glazed pecans, gorgonzola cheese, diced tomatoes

White balsamic vinaigrette: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, sea salt, garlic powder, freshly cracked black pepper
