While all music festivals are unique, Lollapalooza may be the one to take the cake. But then again, when you make the decision to call your festival by a whimsical, nonsense name like Lollapalooza, you tend to stand out.
While in 1991, when the festival was conceived and created by Perry Farrell as a farewell tour for his band Nine Inch Nails there wasn’t much competition for attention, now, when music festivals are practically synonymous with summer, it’s uniqueness comes in handy.
